One True King, a corporation that specializes in creating content for digital media, is the organization behind the OTK SMITE Invitational. One of the co-founders of OTK is a popular World of Warcraft streamer, Asmongold, and WePlay recently became a partner of the company.

Mizkif has had a long relationship with the Smite establishment since co-owning Twitch’s popular contest and decor. He frequently participates in gaming content and has collaborated with many producers within the occasionally watched Twitch category.

During the OTK Games Expo 2022 event, Mizkif reported on an organization with Smite distributors. At the same time, he also announced his skin in the MOBA and revealed the latest addition to the game’s expanded playable cast. Furthermore, OTK has released a preview of its latest foray into e-sports.

In terms of prize value, the association’s first Smite competition is regarded as the biggest. Champions of the Apex Legends Invitational, which OTK recently organized, will win $50,000.

There will be eight groups of forty material and ornament producers competing in the Smite Invitational. The $100,000 overall prize pool for the competition will be divided among the top setup teams.

The majority of the players, selectors, and coaches who will take part in OTK’s $100,000 Smite Invitational have been made public. On June 27 at 2 p.m. CT, eight teams will compete in a full-day tournament on Mizkif’s Twitch channel.

The tournament is the most memorable gaming event of the year and was initially introduced during OTK’s inaugural game show. The whole roster for OTK’s Smite Invitational has now been made public, and it has some excellent talent in the field of content development.

Pro Smite players as well as seasoned commentators F., Hayzer, and SoloDoubleJ will be present at the event. A member of the broadcast team will also be Rich Campbell, a content developer and co-owner of OTK.

Each team will be led by a team captain, who will also serve as their team’s mentor during the harsh competition. Clint Stevens, Jerma, Snuffy, Filian, Emiru, Sennyk4, Tectone, and Dave will serve as the eight teams’ captains. The complete team roster for the OTK Smite Invitational is shown below.

There are many champions participating in this competition and it will be one of the biggest sporting events globally. This competition will be a fierce battle worth watching, the entire gaming community is excited to see how the events unfold.

All teams will be coached by Smite experts and MOBA competitive veterans. With eight teams participating in the battle, only a single team will become the first OTK Invitiational champion. This will likely be an important milestone for this champion.

Team Tectone won the OTK Smite Invitational

The $100,000 Smite Invitational OTK Prize has been completed and Team Tectone won after a dominant 2-0 performance in the final against Team Dave. Indeed, these two strong teams  overwhelmed other opponents in the group stage before meeting in the finals. Even so, Team Tectone defeated the opponent with impressive fights.

Team Tectone includes participants: Tectone, Strippin, LawlMan, Sekine, Buffpup and Team Dave includes: Dave, Sonii, Katerino, Stanz, Lourlo. Team Tectone and Team Dave continued to build on their group stage momentum during the knockout rounds. While Team Tectone quickly defeated Team Snuffy, Team Dave soon defeated Team Emiru, and the three teams combined to defeat Team Snuffy in the final match.

In the group stage, 8 teams were divided into two groups and played each other once in a round-robin format. Team A consists of Team Dave, Snuffy, Clint, Filian and Team B consists of Team Tectone, Emiru, Sennyk4, Jerma. After all the results were in, Team Dave dominated Group A with a score of 3-0, while Team Tectone dominated Group B with a score of 3-0.

CONCLUSION

The OTK Smite Invitational was a hugely successful event, it was an effective way to introduce competitive Smite to the masses through Mizkif’s channel. Moreover, it has made the crossover between OTK and Smite even better. Less than 50,000 viewers watched the event on Twitch, rivaling the numbers seen in other competitive e-sports on the platform.
